Another exceptional mid-century modern home (this one with a little Storybook flair with its dutch gable roof) in Denver’s Cherry Hills Heights neighborhood!
Of course, the best part of this home is that front gable, featuring exposed purlins, exposed rafters that extend dramatically to meet canted posts and expand the roof to create a protected porches on both sides, globe pendants, and a fantastic window wall!
I don’t know any of the background on this home, as the master property record seems to be missing from DPL’s digital collection – so I will just leave it at that – but the records I can find at least suggest that this 1961 home is still owned by the original family.
