Just how much of a geek am I?
How about this . . . I have not only searched for and located over 7,000 mid-century modern homes in the Denver area, but I have mapped them too (plus countless more mid-century charming, storybook ranches, and ’80s mods – I have those layers turned off here)! If you own a mid-century modern home anywhere in and around Denver, there’s a 99% chance that it’s represented by a pin in this map, and by an entry in my spreadsheet.
Why do I obsess about this data so much? Because you want to know! I want to know! We all want to know where the mid-mod homes are around Denver, and what their story is! We want to know who designed them, who built them, and all of the stories surrounding them – and I am trying to collect all of that!
I also believe that collecting all of this data makes me the best possible real estate agent to help you buy or sell your mid-century modern & charming home. For buyers, I can tell you all about the home you are looking to buy . . . insights most other agents simply don’t have.
